I have been here twice. Its the best Chinese Buffet in town. Chinese buffets are usually small and dirty, not this one. I cant believe all the bad reviews. People say it's expensive. I wonder if they eat out much. The only changes I could see is having a self serve fountain station and a larger Ice cream stand.

The food was hot and fresh. The selection was huge. Something for everyone. Recommendation I could make for the patrons, Don't pile your plate a mile high. The buffet isn't going anywhere. I also notice those who pile it high usually leave a ton of leftovers. What a waste.

My closing statement is to try it out and enjoy your time there.

I came for the first time today my expectations when I first walked in were high the place was beautiful , I was set back a little when I saw they charged for 2 year olds but that didn't bother me too much. It was me my husband my teenage sister and 2 small children (2yrs. & 9months) and the bill was 48.95 and we all got water..

So I was expecting some nice food. They sat us in a booth that had a huge slash in it still I wasn't to bothered.

The food was dry and old! The place smelled like dirty mops , the bathrooms were DISGUSTING!!  The servers were all in a bad mood and not helpful in anyway... I WILL NEVER BE BACK , I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

To tell you the truth I am surprised they have the ratings they do have it is sad to see as a society we expect so little from our food industry that these kind of places get high reviews !!

    **Cockroach Alert**

I will never come back here. We were here last Saturday and we're honestly excited to have some good Chinese food. We had just sat down with our plate of food (2 adults, 2 kids, 9yo 1yo) when my daughter started freaking out, almost screaming. We asked what happened and then she said a roach came out of her orange chicken. We thought it must have crawled out from under the table or something but nope. He literally had orange chicken on him and there weren't any roaches on or under the table. I went to find someone to get the manager and had to go to the host stand as there were no servers to be found. I asked for the manager and after waiting for him for what seemed like forever, took him to the table to show him. By the time I got back to the table our server had taken a picture of the roach?! And tried to remove the  roach from the place. The manager saw it and immediately apologized and said they had someone coming out in two days. That leads me to believe that he knew they had roaches!! I immediately asked for a refund because I needed to get out of there. He was very calm and respectful. He knew they had roaches and now I know he knew they had roaches. I didn't make a scene because that's not my style but they don't have reliable pest control. They use EcoLab which is a dishwashing company who just do happens to have "sprays" they use. My husband works for a pest co trim company and said they had German roaches. The worst kind. So after all this. Again, I won't be going back. You shouldn't either.

My hubs is obsessed with buffet's, me not so much but I do love Chinese so we stopped into Lin's.  The place was popping on a Sunday lunch time so I assumed it had to be pretty good.

The place is huge, and the selection bountiful.  Besides the standard Chinese dishes, they had a salad bar, American options, Sushi and Mongolian stir fry.

The food was pretty good.  I did find the Orange Chicken to be really tough, almost unchewable.  But when you have this many options you just move on to something different.  Given the price, you really can't lose as I believe we paid roughly $12 a piece.  The only drawback for me was that I had a tough time getting my water refilled despite all the people that worked there walking around.

A solid OK if you buffets are your jam.

Lin's has been a great addition to the food community in Tucson.

I really only have 1 complaint and I feel like it's been the same issue every time I've gone (more than 10x). The customer service is definitely a 2-3 on a 1-10 scale, 10 being amazing service. I've gone with just my SO and up to large groups of 15 people. The drinks are never kept up with and the servers all look like they absolutely hate their job. I've seen the same servers every time I've visited and they're constantly talking to each other and not paying attention to any help someone may need. This has been my experience for all times of day being first opening to just before closing. It's really sad because you want a great experience especially since there are so many workers. It's just never good and this is a huge concern.

The food has always been great and kept up with, it's nice to have a variety (enchiladas, steak, etc).
